A Replit prototype became an enterprise-ready compliance platform — in five weeks
Andy spent 18 years inside construction compliance. He'd built a working AI prototype on Replit and already had paying customers. To close a Trimble pilot, he needed a real production rebuild — fast.

Trimble integration
A real product. A real customer. A prototype that wouldn't survive procurement
Andy's Replit build had real paying customers using it daily. But Trimble's procurement asked for a SOC-2-ready architecture, audit logs, real user management — and a database that didn't live inside a prototype tool.
Two weeks before our first call, Andy had quoted a traditional agency. The quote came back at $80K and a four-month timeline. The Trimble pilot window was five weeks.
Rescue Diagnosis first. Then a focused MVP rebuild
We started with a 5-day Rescue Diagnosis. The senior engineer audited code, QA, and product gaps. The output: a prioritized list separating "would block Trimble procurement" from "nice to have."
Then a 4-week MVP build: TypeScript / Next.js, Supabase Postgres, Clerk auth, audit logging on every mutation, the Trimble integration on day 8, and a landing page that made the value prop legible to procurement.
Throughout — bi-weekly demos with Andy and his pilot customer at Trimble. The product was de-risked in front of the buyer, not after the contract.

"beyond the wow told me what NOT to build. That's why we hit the Trimble window. Every other quote I got would have shipped a different product four months later."
