Managing collaboration across multiple external law firms usually means messy case handoffs and poor visibility into who is working on what.
On top of that, lawyers waste weeks manually auditing thousands of pages of discovery documents. The goal was to build a system that automates case-to-lawyer assignments while securely feeding sensitive case materials into a localized LLM — letting users query evidence without risking data leaks.

To cut down document review time, we integrated analytics that automatically extract key custodians, recurring topics, and sentiment trends from uploaded files — pairing this data with an isolated LLM chat interface for instant natural-language querying of case materials.
